Refund policy

We have a 3-day refund/return policy, which means you have 3-days after receiving your item to request a refund/return.

Rosy Wine does not offer a refund/return on change of mind. We offer refund/ return only if the product is damaged or has been sent a wrong product. 

Return Due to Defective Product : If you have received a defective product, you are eligible for a refund, provided that you have an unboxing video as proof that clearly shows the damage. We will arrange a pickup for the defective item and we will be responsible the shipping cost as well. 

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges: For our customers with delivery addresses in India, damaged products/items are eligible for an exchange, subject to product availability, at no extra cost. To qualify for an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video as proof that clearly shows the damage to the product.

Refund: If you have received a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund, provided that you have an unboxing video as proof that clearly shows the damage. We will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up, and the refund will be issued once the product has been returned to us. The refund will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the damaged item and will be credited back to your original payment method.

RTO Due to Incomplete/Wrong Address or Unavailability of Consignee : In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the order is returned due to the unavailability of the consignee at the time of delivery, we will gladly re-ship the items to you at no additional shipping cost. However, please note that in such cases, refunds will not be provided.

Address Changes During Transit: If your address changes while your order is in transit, we are happy to reship the order to your new address at no additional shipping cost. Please note that reshipment will only occur after the original order has been returned to us. Please contact us immediately to update your delivery information. However, no refunds will be provided in such cases.

Wrong Product Received: If you receive a wrong product, meaning an item different from what you ordered, you are eligible for either a refund or an exchange. We will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

For refunds, the refund will be initiated as soon as the pickup is completed and will be credited back to your original payment method. If you prefer to exchange the wrong product for the correct one, we will be happy to do so without any additional charges.

Please note that the request for a refund or exchange must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
